  1. I’m not sure I can afford a property manager, how much does it cost?

  1. What happens when there are emergency repairs needed to the property?
    • Our emergency hotline is available to tenants 24/7/365 so you needn’t be disturbed while at work, on vacation or spending precious time with your family or friends.

 

  1. What do I do if the tenant is late in paying rent?
    • We send out reminders that rent it due, offer electronic payment options and also build incentives into the lease to ensure that paying rent is a top priority of your renters. This is a NO-CHARGE extra service designed to keep the HVAC system in better condition, reduce repairs/cleaning and extend the life. It also serves as an added benefit of allowing us into the property to make sure it is being maintained to the terms of the lease, to keep an eye out for unauthorized occupants … human or animal and generally look out for potential trouble before it happens.

  1. Does Seaside manage vacation or seasonal rentals?
    • Yes, we rent and manage short-term vacation rentals, seasonal rentals as well as traditional annual rentals.
